The fine print, made simple

By using blaisntanz.com or booking a service with Blais'N Tanz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a service.

Submitting the booking form sends a request. It doesn't guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after I contact you to confirm the date and time.

Please give accurate contact details and tell me about any skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.

Current prices are listed on the Services & Pricing and Memberships pages. Prices may change, but the price you were quoted when your appointment was confirmed will be honored.

Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree on something else in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer the time to another client.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
• For mobile tans, please be ready at your address at the confirmed time.

• Memberships and monthly packages are billed monthly and are for the named member only.
• Specific details, such as included tans, scheduling, and how to cancel, are shared with you when you sign up.
• Custom packages follow the pricing and terms we agree on together.
• To cancel or change a membership, email info@blaisntanz.com before your next billing date.

Spray tan solutions are cosmetic products. A spray tan does not protect you from the sun, so keep wearing sunscreen.

• If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, I recommend a patch test before your first full tan.
• Please don't book a tan if you have open wounds, rashes, or skin infections.
• If you're pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before tanning.
• Results depend on your skin, how you prep, and how you care for your tan afterward. Following the prep and aftercare guide helps your glow last.

Because each tan is a personalized service, completed services aren't refundable. If something isn't right, contact me within 48 hours of your appointment and I'll do my best to make it right.

All photos, text, and branding on this site belong to Blais'N Tanz and can't be reused without permission. Blog content in Tan Talk is general information, not medical advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blais'N Tanz is not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages, including skin reactions that weren't disclosed before your appointment, staining of clothing or fabrics, or results affected by not following aftercare instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
