When you request an appointment or contact me, I collect the information you choose to share, including:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Appointment details: the service, membership, or package you're interested in, your preferred date and time, and your address if you book a mobile tan.
• Notes you provide: anything you add to your request, such as skin sensitivities, allergies, event dates, or tan preferences.

I also collect basic, anonymous usage data (like pages visited and device type) through Vercel Analytics. This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

• To respond to your booking request and confirm, reschedule, or remind you about appointments.
• To customize your spray tan and account for skin sensitivities or allergies.
• To manage memberships and packages you sign up for.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To understand how the website is used so I can improve it.

I never sell or rent your personal information. I only share it with trusted service providers that help run the business, such as:

• Resend, which delivers booking request emails.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides anonymous analytics.
• Payment processors, when you pay for a service, membership, or package.

These providers can only use your information to provide their services to me. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

I keep your information only as long as I need it to serve you as a client, manage your appointment history and preferences, and meet legal or tax obligations. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, though, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

• Opt out of appointment reminders or promotional messages.

This site links to outside websites such as Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies when you visit them.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to book on their behalf.

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
